## What data Circo collects

Circo collects personal data to operate the platform. This includes:

* Account information (name, email address, phone number)
* Usage data (content viewed, Studios joined, interactions)
* Device and location data (used to improve your regional experience)
* Payment information (processed through trusted, secure gateways)
* Contacts (optional — only used to let you invite friends to Circo)

## How Circo uses your data

Circo uses your data to:

* Operate and improve the platform
* Personalise your feed and content recommendations
* Process payments and withdrawals
* Verify your identity (KYC) for creator payouts
* Keep your account secure

  Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including your wallet balance, Studio content, and subscriptions. This action cannot be reversed.
