Supported payment methods

Debit or credit card

Major debit and credit cards are accepted globally where available.

Mobile money

Mobile money is supported in regions where this payment method is available.

Wallet top-up

Add Credits directly to your Circo Wallet and use them for gifting or purchasing content.

Adding a payment method

Trigger payment at checkout

When you attempt your first purchase, Circo will prompt you to add a payment method. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your card or mobile money details.

Or add manually in settings

You can also add or update payment methods at any time by going to Wallet → Settings.

Confirm and save

Complete the verification step if prompted. Your payment method is saved securely for future use.

Security and privacy

Encrypted transactions

All payments are processed through trusted payment gateways. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on Circo’s servers in plain text.

Not shared with creators

Your payment information is never visible to creators or other users on the platform.
You can manage or remove saved payment methods at any time from Wallet → Settings.

Circo accepts major debit and credit cards where available. Supported card networks may vary by region.
Mobile money support depends on your country. If it’s available in your region, it will appear as an option at checkout.
Yes. Go to Wallet → Settings to manage or delete any saved payment methods.
No. Credits are a separate in-app balance held in your Circo Wallet. You use your payment method to add Credits, then spend those Credits on content and gifts.
