Key metrics
Conversion rate
The percentage of viewers who take a paid action — subscribing to your Studio or purchasing a Drop or Video via PPV. A low conversion rate often signals a weak Teaser or a pricing mismatch.
Average gifting per viewer
The average amount of Credits gifted per viewer across your content. A high average means your audience is emotionally engaged and willing to support you directly.
Most watched Teasers
Which of your Teasers are getting the most plays in the feed. Use this to identify what hooks, topics, or styles attract the most attention before a purchase decision.
Drop engagement rate
A combined measure of views, likes, comments, and gifts on each Drop. High engagement rates signal content that resonates — low rates signal content to rethink or re-promote.
How to act on your Insights data
Low conversion rate
Low conversion rate
If a high number of viewers watch your Teasers but few go on to purchase or subscribe, the problem is usually in the Teaser itself or the price point.
- Revisit your Teaser: Is the first frame compelling? Does it create genuine curiosity?
- Check your pricing: Is the price appropriate for the content length and quality?
- Ensure your title and description match the video accurately — misleading metadata reduces conversion trust.
Low average gifting per viewer
Low average gifting per viewer
Gifting is an expression of engagement. If your gifting average is low, your content may not be creating strong emotional moments.
- Create content that builds to a peak — a reveal, a punchline, a powerful performance moment
- Use CliQ to recognize and thank top gifters publicly, which encourages others to gift
- Remind viewers they can gift at any point during playback

Low Drop engagement rate
Low Drop engagement rate
A low engagement rate on a Drop (few views, likes, comments, or gifts) suggests the content didn’t connect — or the Teaser didn’t attract the right audience.
- Review whether the Teaser accurately represented the content
- Look at the title and description for potential mismatches
- Consider the timing of the upload and whether it coincided with periods when your audience is active
