Once you’ve earned Credits through gifting, PPV purchases, or subscriptions, you can withdraw them as real money to your bank account. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.

Before you can withdraw

Two things must be in place before your first withdrawal:
  1. KYC verification completed — Your identity must be verified. See KYC Verification for what’s required.
  2. Minimum payout threshold reached — Your earned Credits balance must meet the minimum amount to initiate a withdrawal.
KYC verification is required once and applies to all future withdrawals. Complete it as early as possible so you’re not blocked when you’re ready to cash out.

How to withdraw

Open your Wallet

Navigate to the Wallet tab in the Circo app. Your earned Credits balance is displayed here.

Tap Withdraw

Select the withdrawal option and enter the amount you want to cash out.

Confirm your bank details

Verify that your bank account details are correct. The name on the account must match the name on your Circo account and KYC documents.

Submit the request

Confirm the withdrawal. You’ll receive an in-app notification and a confirmation email once the request is submitted.

Wait for processing

Withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once the funds are transferred.

What you can and cannot withdraw

You can withdraw Earned Credits — Credits you’ve accumulated through:
  • Fan gifting during your Drops and Videos
  • PPV purchases (fans unlocking your content)
  • Subscription payments from your Private Studio

Notifications

You’ll be notified at two points:
  • When the request is submitted: Confirmation that your withdrawal is being processed
  • When the funds are transferred: Confirmation that the money has been sent to your bank account
If your bank account name does not match your Circo account name or KYC documents, your withdrawal may fail or be delayed. Make sure all names match exactly before submitting.
