Circo is not intended for users under the age of 13. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that endangers, exploits, or sexualizes minors.

Protective measures

Circo takes the following steps to protect underage users:
  • Age verification at signup — all users are required to confirm their age during account creation
  • Strict content moderation — content flagged as inappropriate or targeting minors is reviewed promptly
  • Reporting pathways — any user can report content, accounts, or behavior that appears to involve or target a minor
  • Direct authority reporting — accounts found in violation of child safety policies are permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities
Grooming, exploitation, sexualization of minors, or any behavior that puts a child at risk is strictly prohibited. Violations result in a permanent ban and a report to law enforcement.

What is not allowed

  • Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors
  • Grooming behavior — building inappropriate relationships with minors for the purpose of exploitation
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting content involving minors in a sexual context
  • Impersonating a minor to access or interact with other users
