Circo is a creator-first platform. To keep it safe, fair, and valuable for everyone, all users and creators must follow these guidelines.

What is not allowed

The following types of content and behavior are prohibited on Circo. Violations will result in enforcement action.
  • Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content of any kind
  • Hate speech, harassment, or violent threats targeting individuals or groups
  • Scams, fraud, or promotion of illegal activity
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted material — including music, video clips, or performances you don’t have rights to
  • Content that targets minors inappropriately, including grooming, exploitation, or sexualization

What happens if you violate these guidelines

Violations may result in:
  • Content removal — the offending content is taken down immediately
  • Account suspension — temporary loss of access to your account
  • Permanent ban — your account is closed and you cannot create a new one
  • Reporting to authorities — for serious violations involving illegal activity or child safety
Enforcement decisions are made by Circo’s moderation team and are based on the nature and severity of the violation.

What we encourage

Circo exists to help creators uplift their audiences, not exploit them. When you publish, ask yourself whether your content adds genuine value to the people watching it. If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the report tool to flag it. See Reporting Abuse for instructions.
