When you use Circo — whether as a creator, a fan, or a visitor — you enter into a legal agreement with Circo. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform, its features, and any content you publish or consume.Your responsibilities
As a user
As a user
- Use Circo only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with other users’ experience.
- Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Follow Circo’s Platform Guidelines at all times.
As a creator
As a creator
- You are responsible for all content you publish. This includes ensuring you have the rights to any music, footage, or other material in your content.
- You must comply with copyright law. Uploading content you don’t own or have rights to may result in takedowns and account action.
- You set your own prices for PPV and subscriptions. Circo does not dictate pricing but reserves the right to enforce platform-wide minimums or limits.
- You must complete KYC verification before withdrawing earnings. The name on your ID must match your Circo account.
Monetization rights and payouts

- Creators earn Credits through gifting, PPV purchases, and subscriptions.
- Only earned Credits (not purchased Credits) are withdrawable.
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days once your request is approved.
- Circo reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or unresolved disputes.
Content moderation

- Circo may remove any content that violates platform guidelines without prior notice.
- Accounts found in serious or repeated violation may be suspended or permanently banned.
- If your content is removed, you can contact support to appeal the decision.
Account termination
Account termination
- You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes all data, earnings, and Studio content.
- Circo may terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or its users.
