If you see something on Circo that violates our guidelines or puts someone at risk, report it. Your reports help keep the platform safe for everyone.

How to report content or a profile

1

Tap the three-dot icon

On the content or profile you want to report, tap the three-dot menu icon (⋯).
2

Select Report

Tap Report from the menu options.
3

Choose a reason

Select the option that best describes the issue. Be as specific as possible so the moderation team can act quickly.
Reports are reviewed by Circo’s moderation team within 24–48 hours.
For urgent situations — such as immediate threats, child safety concerns, or ongoing harassment — contact the support team directly rather than waiting for a standard report review. See Contact Support.

What you can report

Content that includes hate speech, violent threats, harassment, nudity, or other material that violates Circo’s platform guidelines.
Messages that appear to involve scams, phishing, grooming, or other manipulative behavior.
Content that uses your original work — video, audio, or other creative material — without your permission.
Accounts that appear to belong to users under 13, or accounts targeting minors inappropriately.
Accounts pretending to be you, another creator, or a public figure in order to mislead or deceive others.
False or malicious reports undermine the safety system and may result in action against the reporting account. Only report content you genuinely believe violates Circo’s guidelines.
