Social media is best for general questions. For account-specific issues, use the in-app Help Center so the team can verify your identity and access your details securely.

Support hours

Circo’s support team is available Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (WAT). If you contact support outside these hours, you’ll receive a response on the next business day.

Describe your idea

Write a clear description of the feature you’d like to see. Screenshots or mockups are welcome if they help explain your idea.
Feature requests are reviewed monthly. Top suggestions may be fast-tracked or added to upcoming roadmap updates.
